Wow, after having Jake home for the summer I find myself singing those back to school commercials that have the parents skipping and dancing up and down the aisles of Staples. I love my little boogers but it is so quiet here in the house…….it’s refreshing! He really was so excited to go back and told me this morning he couldn’t wait to learn new stuff. I will miss him just a little, but I think I can finally get back to being halfway organized. So I’ll have more time to clean without toys being underfoot, someone wanting a snack every 10 minutes, and the best part is I won’t have to hear cartoons and the lovely theme song that go along with them. I think Spongebob is funny but that song really starts to get under your skin. I will have more time to torture the dogs with my camera as well. Speaking of which I think I want to spend my first day of peace like this:
